Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Avangate Web Site (authorized vendor of SourceTec Software Co. Ltd products) and clicking the button on webpage.

Once you place your Order, we will send you an Order Number and software registration information by email.

If you choose to pay by credit card or debit card, the payment will be completed soon after the order is placed, while wire transfer and e-check payment will take longer time – usually 4 to 7 days or more.

The registration information will be delivered via email soon after your payment is completed / cleared. If you are in urgent need of the product, payment via credit card or debit card is recommended.

Besides, please note that orders for few other products (such as Sothink HTML Editor) need to be processed MANUALLY; due to time zone difference or weekends, the delivery of those orders might be delayed.

 

Payment Methods and Processing

We offer Avangate (also applicable for PayPal users) as payment method to all of our users who order Sothink products.

Avangate is an eCommerce platform for electronic software registration, providing all the tools and expertise you need to accept payments online, optimizing the online software sales process, and increasing website visibility on the Internet. Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Amstelveen, The Netherlands, Avangate is an e-commerce distribution software provider.

At this time, Avangate accepts credit/debit cards such as: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, DinersClub and JCB, issued in any currency. They also accept Paypal, Alipay and Discover/Novus.

If you want to purchase a product, just select Avangate and click "Checkout" and then follow the online instructions given on the checkout page to input your detailed information such as the billing address, card information, etc.

After placing the order, you will receive order confirmation along with an all order's information immediately via email. License information will be delivered via email to the specified delivery email address in another email along with special instructions on how to use it.

 

Invoice

For Avangate users:
We would like to inform you that the invoice can be downloaded by logging in to Avangate Account or it can be sent by email upon request at support@avangate.com.

For each completed order, a payment receipt will automatically be sent by email to the billing email address provided during ordering.

For PayPal users:
Please kindly contact Sothink Customer Service for help; remember to provide details of your order

 

Refund

If you are not satisfied with the purchased Sothink product, you can submit a refund request to our support team at support@sothink.com. You can also issue a refund request through Avangate. All refund requests will be handled manually by our support team.
