Sothink SWF Easy - File

File

Click "File" on the menu and it pops up the submenu to display the options below:

New

New(Ctrl+N)
Click New or press Ctrl+N to create a .gla file.

New From Template (Ctrl+Shift+N)

Click New From Template to create Album, Banner, or Navigation from template wizard.

Open (Ctrl+O)

Click Open or press Ctrl+O to open a .gla file.

Save (Ctrl+S)

Click Save or press Ctrl+S to save a .gla file.

Save As

Click Save As to save a .gla file with a different name.

Save effect setting

You can save the elements, which you added effects to them as effect setting for your next use.

Apply effect setting

We have prepared some combined effects, which can be applied in your artwork.

Import

Click Import to import image, sound, shape, swf file and video into Sothink SWF Easy.

Image is *.bmp, *.jpg, *.jpeg or *.gif file.

Sound is *.mp3 or *.wav file.

Shape is *.gls (Sothink SWF Easy shape format), *.glb (Sothink SWF Easy button format), *.glm (Sothink SWF Easy movie clip format) or *.svg, *.wmf , *.emf file.

SWF file can be imported to canvas directly and be used completely, or be imported to files separately and be used selectively.

Video is *.mpg, *.mpeg, *.wmv, *.asf, *.mov, *.qt, *.rm, *.rmvb, *.mp4, *.m1v, *.m2v, *.vob or *.3gp file, which is imported to canvas after transformation, or *.flv file, which is imported to canvas directly.

Preview (Ctrl+Enter)

Click Preview or Ctrl+Enter to preview your movie in the preview window of Sothink SWF Easy.

Preview in Player/Browser:

Click Preview in Player/Browser to preview your work in Flash Player or in a selected web browser.

Default Player: The default player is Flash Player.

By choosing Edit Browser List, Configure External Browsers dialog is opened, in which you can add or delete a browser from the Customized browsers. The Well-known browsers contain a list of browsers installed on your computer.

Export Movie (Ctrl+E)

Click Export Movie or press Ctrl+E to export your movie as a .swf file.

Publish:

Click Publish to start Publish Wizard, which will help you publishing movie. There're three ways for you to choose:

1. Export Flash movie (*.swf).
2. Insert iFlash movie (*.swf) to HTML file.
3. View or Copy HTML code.

Recent Files

Click Recent Files to view a list of .gla files opened recently in Sothink SWF Easy, and select one to open it quickly.

Exit

Click Exit to quit Sothink SWF Easy.
